He's our Managing Director, with over 10 years of experience in the BPO Industry, specializing in Customer Service. He had worked for one of the leading banks in the world and had handled teams in local telecommunications. Furthermore, he has also worked in the Import-Export Industry of various products, from textiles to export-quality apparel of some famous brands like Levi's and Liz Claiborne.
Currently, he assists our Senior Operations Managers with daily decisions and operational concerns.
