We are looking for:
🎯𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 [Office Based Position]
👉Preferably living within Rizal area especially Taytay and Cainta
📍 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
👉Timely preparation of robots to production in accordance with the work schedule of the location
👉 24×7 monitoring of the work of robot using remote monitoring tools
👉Prompt response to problems that arise during the robots movement along the route and during the execution of orders
👉Direct control of the robot in manual mode in certain cases
👉Marking up all interventions according to the Disengagement Policy (internal procedure in our company)
👉Monitoring of the technical condition of the robot with the help of available internal monitoring tools
👉Timely informing related departments, and managers from the
👉Customer side about emerging problems in accordance with the instructions
👉 Receiving and processing incoming issues from colleagues
👉 Interaction with other remote robot support operators and with location support operators in text and voice messengers
👉 Monitoring of changes in instructions and regulations related to work processes
📍 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
👉 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, of any field.
👉 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
👉 Course/Degree related to the tasks specified are preferred, but not required – as long as the candidate is well versed in the responsibilities needed for the job.
👉Preferably has a work experience/background in Food delivery (technical support)
👉 Excellent Communication Skills
👉 Results-driven
👉 Reliability (no grave infraction on attendance issues)
👉 Adaptability: Able to shift schedules without much issue.
👉 Detail-oriented; has a keen eye for detail.
👉 Possesses astute critical thinking; thinking on their feet.
👉 Should be tech savvy and a fast learner.
